Arab Telemedia Group processes personal information on our servers, which might reside in a number of countries around the world. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live and for this purpose transfer your personal information out of your country of residence.
We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

Information we share: We will only disclose personal information to members of the Arab Telemedia Group, successors in title to our business and suppliers we engage to process data on our behalf. Otherwise, we will never share any personal information collected from you with other companies, organizations and individuals unless:
• It is done with your consent: We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Arab Telemedia Group when we have your consent to do so, including for external processing where we provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. • It is for legal reasons: We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Arab Telemedia Group if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: o Meet the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. o Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations. o Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. o Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Arab Telemedia Group, our users or the public as required or permitted by law. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.
Information security: We do our best to protect Arab Telmedia Group and our users from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, from time to time to guard against unauthorized access to systems. • We restrict access to personal information to authorized Arab Telemedia Group employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Application: This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by Arab Telemedia Group and its affiliates, including services offered on other digital properties (e.g. our news services), but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
Our digital properties may contain links to other websites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policies, which may differ from ours.

Privacy Use of the Company Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Your Proprietary Rights Company does not claim any ownership rights in the User Content that you post, upload, email transmit, or otherwise make available on, through or in connection with the Company Services; provided, however, that User Content shall not include any Content posted by a user that is already owned by Company or any Affiliated Company. By posting any User Content on, through or in connection with the Company Services, you hereby grant to Company and our Affiliated Companies, licensees and authorized users, a perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, sub licensable, irrevocable, transferable (in whole or in part), worldwide license to use, modify, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works and compilations based upon, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on, through or in connection with the Company Services or in connection with any distribution or syndication thereof to Third Party Services (as defined below), on and through all media formats now known or hereafter devised, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, trade or commercial purposes. Company’s use of such User Content shall not require any further notice to you and such use shall be without the requirement of any permission from or payment to you or to any other person or entity. Company reserves the right to limit the storage capacity of User Content that you post on, through or in connection with the Company Services. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the license set forth in this Section, and (ii) the posting of User Content by you on, through or in connection with the Company Services and Third Party Services does not violate the privacy e User Content posted by you on, through or in connection with the Company Services, or otherwise have the right to grant rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of the use of any User Content posted by you on or through the Company Services or Third Party Services.

Unsolicited Submissions Company does not knowingly accept, via the Site or otherwise, unsolicited submissions including, without limitation, submissions of blog ideas, scripts, story lines, articles, fan fiction, characters, drawings, information, suggestions, proposals, ideas or concepts. Company’s policy is to simply delete any such submission without reading it (or forwarding it). Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any elements in any Company creative work (or affiliated company’s creative work) including, without limitation, a film, series, story, title or concept would be purely coincidental. If unsolicited submissions are sent to Company via the Site or Company Services, however, these submissions become the property of Company and may be used, copied, sublicensed, adapted, transmitted, distributed, publicly performed, published, displayed or deleted as Company sees fit. You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever and that by sending an unsolicited submission you waive the right to make any claim against Company, its parents or affiliates relating to unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, unfair competition, breach of implied contract or breach of confidentiality. Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property Company respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other propriety rights of any person or entity. Company has a policy of terminating repeat infringers’ access to the Company Services in appropriate circumstances. If you believe that any material contained in the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us using the contact details below with a notification of claimed infringement and include the following information: 1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; 2. Sweepstakes and/or Contests Sweepstakes, contests, games and other promotions run on the Site by Company may require the User to provide some personally identifiable information such as full name, date of birth, zip code, e-mail address, and phone number (collectively, ‘PII’), in order to participate. Company may use a reputable third party to manage and administer some or all of its sweepstakes and/or contests. This third party may have access to some or all of the PII that is provided by the User in order to participate in the sweepstakes and/or contest. In those instances, the third party will be instructed by Company to use the PII solely for the specific sweepstakes and/or contest related purpose for which it was requested, and in compliance with the Site’s Privacy Policy.
