The story is about an educated young man who has a great deal of dignity and courage enters prison because of an error committed by his partner with the intention to harm him. His wife asks for divorce at the insistence of her brother, so he divorces her. After the end of his sentence, the young man proves his honesty and skills in his new work, but the prison nightmare continues to haunt him.
