1. Site management & installation supervision

Gazania contracting performs installation management at site by appointment of key experienced management staff supported by in-house technical team. The installation management team is responsible for onsite coordination with subcontractors, supervision of all project disciplines, engineering and construction, support staff requirement and availability as well as technical support for pre-operational verification activities and start-up in addition, our installation management supervision team has formed relationship with mechanical and electrical installation companies and is able to deliver this aspect of the project if requested by the client.

2. Project management 

To provide the required level of control on the project, gazania contracting utilizes a computer-based management system which integrate the disciplines of engineering procurement budget control and scheduling.

3. Testing and commissioning 

Upon finalization of system installation, a combined inspection shall be undertaken to assess completeness and readiness of installed equipment for turnover to commissioning the commissioning team will move to the project site when the installation of solar system the system is preforming as expected.

4. Training

Gazania contracting provides a basic level of knowledge and hands-on training course covering monitoring operation maintenance and troubleshooting of the solar system. This training will be provided to present the foundation necessary for the personnel to be able to understand the detailed system as well as provide step-by-step instruction necessary to operate the system. The training will be conducted after the testing and commissioning phase and includes all the necessary training equipment.
